The East Bay Times reports a vehicle hit an unidentified woman at 5:00 a.m. at the corner of 98th Avenue and Sunnyside Street.
Police say the southbound vehicle struck the woman as she crossed 98th Avenue. Doctors pronounced her dead at an area hospital.
Police have not released a description of the vehicle or its driver.
